Ia pernah menjadi teknisi, analis data, dan manajer proyek\u2014semuanya di perusahaan berbeda. Setiap kali ia merasa pekerjaan mulai stagnan atau atasan kurang suportif, ia memilih keluar. Temannya, Rina, juga serupa. Banyak yang mulai mempertanyakan: apakah ini strategi karier, atau sebenarnya bentuk pelarian yang belum selesai?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mengapa Banyak Anak Muda Memilih Job Hopping?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam banyak kasus, job hopping bukan semata karena ambisi pribadi. Banyak pekerja muda merasa bahwa mereka tidak mendapat ruang untuk tumbuh di tempat kerja pertama mereka. Sistem senioritas yang kaku, atasan yang otoriter, atau budaya toxic sering membuat mereka merasa tidak betah, bahkan cemas setiap Senin pagi. Ini adalah reaksi terhadap sistem kerja yang belum banyak berubah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, generasi milenial dan Gen Z dibesarkan dalam dunia yang serba cepat, penuh informasi, dan kompetitif. Mereka melihat job hopping sebagai jalan untuk mempercepat karier, walau kadang belum punya gambaran jelas tentang apa yang benar-benar mereka inginkan dalam jangka panjang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Apa Dampaknya? Apakah Benar Job Hopping Berisiko?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dari sisi psikologis, terlalu sering pindah kerja bisa membuat seseorang kehilangan rasa kepemilikan terhadap sebuah pekerjaan. Mereka mungkin jadi sulit membangun koneksi jangka panjang dengan rekan kerja, atau kehilangan motivasi untuk menyelesaikan tantangan yang rumit karena tahu pada akhirnya mereka akan pergi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secara profesional, riwayat kerja yang terlalu &#8220;penuh&#8221; bisa membuat HR mempertanyakan stabilitas emosional atau loyalitas seorang kandidat.
